Nearly identical in every way to HRC's championship-contending Superbike machines, the race-crafted VTR1000 SP-2 delivers a breathtaking blast of Super Sport street performance that can easily be adapted to the track that gave it birth. Its powerful, hard-revving 1000cc fuel-injected V-twin engine smoothly and instantly responds to throttle inputs with an always-exhilarating rush of acceleration.

Its lightweight and rigid twin-spar chassis integrates a massive yet ultra-light composite aluminum swingarm directly off the Works race bikes, for an aggressive and exciting ride that is not too narrowly focused, thus allowing it to extend the most satisfying high-performance riding enjoyment to the widest possible range of riders. In fact, the SP-2 feels so good, so neutral and so fast out on a winding road that it makes up for long hours of city traffic getting there to enjoy it.
